Stanfordville guitarist Karl Allweier is interestingly known far more for his bass playing — touring with such notables as Albert Cummings, Frank Carillo and Richie Scarlet — than for his own intelligent pop tunes. That may change with the release of “Our World,” as he reveals his singer-songwriter side and a few surprises.
